This document is displayed so that, before paying KIND WORK fees, you can confirm who the other party to the contract is and what you will receive, for how much, when, and how. It contains the items that must be displayed under Article 10 of the Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce (전자상거래 등에서의 소비자보호에 관한 법률) of the Republic of Korea.
The seller of KIND WORK is Kind Doctor Inc.. The Company is the company that operates the Service and also the seller that enters into contracts with Customers and collects the fees.

Prices
Fees are monthly unit prices per Seat (Member), displayed in Korean won and excluding value-added tax. Standard is KRW 12,000 and Business is KRW 22,000, with a minimum of 5 Seats. Usage exceeding the storage included in each Plan (Standard 100GB, Business 1TB) is charged an additional KRW 10,000 per 100GB. A dedicated GPU server (a Business-only option, provided after consultation) is KRW 800,000 per month.

Timing and Method of Payment
Payment is by prepaid recurring payment with a credit or debit card. The card is registered first when you sign up, and the first month is KRW 0. On the day the Free Period ends, the fee for the next month is billed, and then it is billed automatically on the same day every month until you cancel. We will notify you by email 7 days and 1 day before the Free Period ends.
When the Service Is Provided
Once you complete creating a company and registering a card, you can use the Service immediately as soon as automatic setup is complete. Sign-up and payment take place only on the web (work.k-biz.ai); payment is not made inside the app.
Costs Other Than the Fees
Apart from the fees, there are no sign-up fees, installation fees, or cancellation fees. Optional items are storage usage beyond the included capacity and the dedicated GPU server (Business only); value-added tax is charged separately.
Cancellation and Refund Conditions
Details are in the "Cancellation and Refund Policy" (/legal/refund?lang=en), which you can review before paying.
- Cancellation is done directly by the Administrator in the settings and takes effect at the end of the current Billing Period. Until then, you can continue to use the Service as is.
- Because fees are prepaid, fees for the remaining period are not refunded. The first month is KRW 0, and if you cancel before the Free Period ends, you are not billed.
- Duplicate payments, overbilling, periods when the Service could not be used for reasons attributable to the Company, and refund grounds under law are corrected or refunded.
Payment Processor
- Card payment of the fees is processed by Korea Payment Network (KPN) through Korea PortOne Co., Ltd. (PortOne). The card number and security code do not pass through the Company’s servers.
- The seller shown on payment statements and receipts is the company in the table above. Proof of payment is the card receipt, and a tax invoice is issued only to Customers that have entered into a separate contract.

- If a dispute arises, the Company and the Customer will resolve it through good-faith consultation; if no agreement is reached, the dispute shall be submitted to the competent court under the Civil Procedure Act of the Republic of Korea.
