KIND WORK · Kind Doctor Inc.
Effective date October 13, 2026 · Version 2026-10-13
This is an English translation provided for convenience. The Korean-language original governs in the event of any conflict or ambiguity.
Kind Doctor Inc. ("the Company") provides KIND WORK (카인드워크), a work collaboration tool and in-house work AI assistant. These Terms are business-to-business terms that set out the rights and obligations between the Company and the Customer that signs up for and uses KIND WORK on a company basis.
Before you agree on the sign-up screen, please review the key points first.
① A card is registered first when you sign up. There is no trial without a card. ② The first month is KRW 0. ③ On the day the Free Period ends, the next month is billed in advance, and from then on it is billed automatically on the same day every month until you cancel. We will notify you by email 7 days and 1 day before the Free Period ends.
④ The fee is KRW 12,000 per Seat (Member) per month for Standard and KRW 22,000 for Business, excluding value-added tax, with a minimum of 5 Seats. ⑤ Cancellation is done directly by the Administrator in the settings and takes effect at the end of the current Billing Period. Fees for the remaining period are not refunded. ⑥ If payment fails, the account goes through a 7-day grace period and a 30-day read-only period and is then suspended; after suspension, data is kept for 90 days.
Article 1 (Purpose)
These Terms set out the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between the Company and the Customer, and the conditions and procedures of use, in connection with the use of the KIND WORK service provided by the Company.
Article 2 (Definitions)
- "Service" means the work collaboration features that the Company provides on the web (work.k-biz.ai) and in the KIND WORK mobile app, including chat, files, calendar, video meetings, mail integration, and the in-house work AI "KAI."
- "Customer" means a corporation, organization, or sole proprietor that agrees to these Terms, creates a company (Workspace), and uses the Service.
- "Workspace" means a service space separated on a per-Customer basis.
- "Administrator" means a person who created the Workspace on behalf of the Customer, or who has been given administrative authority by the Customer.
- "Member" means a user, such as an employee, to whom the Administrator has assigned a Seat to use the Workspace.
- "Seat" means the unit of use that allows one Member to use the Service; the fees are based on the number of Seats.
- "Plan" means Standard or Business, which distinguish the configuration and fees of the Service.
- "Billing Period" means one month from the day a fee is billed. "Free Period" means the first month after sign-up, during which the fee is KRW 0.
- "Customer Data" means the chats, files, events, meeting records, KAI conversations, and the like that the Customer and Members enter, upload, or create in the Service.
Article 3 (Effect and Amendment of the Terms)
- These Terms take effect when the Customer agrees to them on the sign-up screen, and are posted in the Service (/legal/terms?lang=en).
- The Company may amend these Terms to the extent it does not violate applicable law. If the Terms are amended, the Company will notify the effective date and the reason for the amendment to the Administrator email and on the Service screen starting 7 days before the effective date (30 days before for changes to fees or changes that are unfavorable to the Customer).
- Changes concerning fees apply from the first Billing Period that begins after the effective date, and do not apply to Billing Periods that have already been billed.
- If the Customer does not agree to the amended Terms, it may apply to cancel before the effective date. If the Customer continues to use the Service without applying to cancel by the effective date, it is deemed to have agreed to the amendment.
Article 4 (Formation of the Service Agreement)
- The service agreement is formed when the Administrator enters the company information, the number of Seats, and the Plan on the sign-up screen, registers a payment card, and agrees to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Recurring Payment Consent, and the Company then opens the Workspace.
- Card registration is a mandatory step of sign-up. No trial use without a card is offered.
- At sign-up, the Administrator confirms that they represent the Customer or are authorized to agree to these Terms on the Customer’s behalf. If someone signs up without authority, the person who signed up is responsible.
- The Customer is a business that uses the Service for business purposes, and these Terms are a contract between businesses.
- A single account may create up to 3 companies. The free first month is provided only once per payment card; if a second company is created with the same card, it is billed from the first month.
- The Company may refuse sign-up or terminate the service agreement if a person signs up with false information or uses another person’s card, or if an intent to violate the law is confirmed.
Article 5 (Content of the Service and Plans)
The Service consists of chat, files and documents, calendar, video meetings, mail integration, and the in-house work AI "KAI." KAI is available on both Plans.
| Plan | Fee (excluding VAT) | Features |
|---|---|---|
| Standard | KRW 12,000 per Seat per month | Chat, files, calendar, video meetings, mail integration, and KAI; 100GB of storage per company |
| Business | KRW 22,000 per Seat per month | All Standard features; 1TB of storage per company; HQ mode (analysis across multiple companies), company SSO, audit log, response-time guarantee, and priority support; dedicated GPU server option |
- Both Plans can be selected and started directly on the sign-up screen. Only the dedicated GPU server (a Business-only option) is provided after consultation.
- Sign-up and payment take place only on the web; no payment screen is provided inside the mobile app.
- If the Customer connects and uses external services such as company SSO (Google/Kakao sign-in, app marketplaces, connected mail services), the terms and policies of those services apply as well.
Article 6 (Fees)
The fees are as follows. All amounts are in Korean won (KRW) and exclude value-added tax (currently 10%). Value-added tax under applicable law will be added separately when billed.
| Item | Amount (excluding VAT) | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| Standard | KRW 12,000 per Seat per month | Includes 100GB of storage per company |
| Business | KRW 22,000 per Seat per month | Includes 1TB of storage per company and Business-only features |
| Minimum Seats | 5 Seats | Even if there are fewer than 5 Members, the fee for 5 Seats is billed. |
| Storage overage | KRW 10,000 per 100GB | Usage beyond the included capacity is rounded up to the next unit when calculated. |
| Dedicated GPU server | KRW 800,000 per month | A Business-only option, provided after consultation rather than through self-service sign-up. |
- If the Company changes the fees, it will notify the change and the reason 30 days before it takes effect, and will not apply it retroactively to fees for Billing Periods that have already been billed.
- There is no sign-up fee, installation fee, or cancellation fee.
Article 7 (Free Period and Conversion to Paid)
- The first month from the day the Customer opens the Workspace is free of charge (KRW 0). The features of the selected Plan are available during the Free Period as well.
- On the day the Free Period ends, the fee for the next month (the per-Seat fee of the selected Plan × the number of Seats, excluding VAT) is billed in advance to the registered card. After that, it is billed automatically on the same day every month until cancellation.
- [Advance notice of conversion to paid] The Company will notify the Administrator email of the date of conversion to paid and the amount to be billed 7 days and 1 day before the Free Period ends. The sign-up screen also shows the conversion date and amount in advance.
- If the Customer cancels before the Free Period ends, no fee is billed. In this case, the cancellation takes effect on the day the Free Period ends, and the Service can be used until that day.
- If the number of Seats or the Plan is changed during the Free Period, it is reflected in the first billed amount.
Article 8 (Billing and Payment of Fees)
- Fees are prepaid and billed in one-month units. Unless cancelled, the account automatically renews into the next Billing Period when the Billing Period ends.
- The payment method is a credit or debit card. Card payments are processed through PortOne and Korea Payment Network (KPN), and the card number and security code do not pass through the Company’s servers.
- The details of recurring payment are governed by the separate "Recurring Payment Consent," to which the Customer separately agrees at the card registration step.
- Proof of payment is the card receipt. Payment history and receipts can be viewed on the Service screen. The business registration number and company name may be entered optionally, and a tax invoice is issued only to Customers that have entered into a separate contract.
- If the billing day does not exist in a given month (for example, the 31st), the fee is billed on the last day of that month.
- If there is an error in a billed amount, the Company will correct it upon confirmation, and any overbilled amount will be returned in accordance with the "Cancellation and Refund Policy."
Article 9 (Adding and Changing Seats)
- The Administrator invites Members and assigns Seats within the number of Seats purchased.
- To invite Members beyond the number of purchased Seats, the Administrator must confirm the addition of Seats. Added Seats can be used immediately, and the fee for the added Seats is reflected from the next billing. No pro-rata calculation is made from the time of addition through the end of the current Billing Period.
- If the number of Seats is reduced or the Plan is changed, the change does not apply to Billing Periods that have already been billed and applies from the next Billing Period.
Article 10 (Cancellation)
- The Administrator may cancel directly in the KIND WORK settings at any time.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current Billing Period (including the Free Period). Until the period ends, all features remain available as they are, and no further billing is made.
- Even if the Customer cancels, fees for the remaining period are not refunded. The details are governed by the "Cancellation and Refund Policy."
- When the period ends, the account enters the same state as suspension: after logging in, only the payment screen is available (data export is provided on request), and Customer Data is kept for 90 days from the date of suspension and then deleted (Article 12).
- If the Customer materially breaches these Terms and does not cure the breach within a reasonable period after the Company requests a cure, the Company may terminate the service agreement. Suspension due to payment failure is governed by Article 11.
Article 11 (Measures upon Payment Failure and Non-payment)
If the fee cannot be charged to the registered card, the following steps apply in order. The Company will notify the Administrator email before moving to each step.
| Step | Period | Scope of use |
|---|---|---|
| Payment failure notice | Immediately when the payment fails | Normal use. Notified by the Administrator email and at the top of the Service screen. |
| Grace period | 7 days from the date of the payment failure | Normal use. During this period, the Company may retry the payment. |
| Read-only | 30 days after the grace period ends | Viewing, searching, and asking KAI questions are possible, but uploading, writing, inviting, and creating meetings are not. |
| Suspension | After the read-only period ends | After logging in, only the payment screen is available. Data export is provided on request (Article 12). |
| Data retention | 90 days from the date of suspension | Customer Data is kept for 90 days, and data export can be requested during that period. It is deleted thereafter. |
- If the card is registered again and the unpaid fee is paid, the restrictions are lifted immediately and normal use resumes.
- Unpaid fees remain until paid, and are billed if a card is registered again even during suspension.
Article 12 (Ownership, Export, and Deletion of Customer Data)
- The Customer owns the rights to Customer Data. The Company stores and processes Customer Data only to the extent necessary to provide the Service, and does not use or sell it for any other purpose.
- If the Administrator sends a request to contact@k-doc.ai, the Company will provide a Customer Data export file within 5 business days. A request can also be made while the account is suspended.
- For 90 days from the day the Service can no longer be used due to cancellation or suspension, Customer Data is kept, and data export can be requested during that period. After this period, Customer Data is deleted, and deleted data cannot be recovered. The Company will notify the Administrator email before deletion.
- Payment and billing records and audit records that must be retained under law are retained for the prescribed period separately from the above deletion (Article 7 of the Privacy Policy).
Article 13 (Personal Data and Outsourcing of Processing)
- Personal data is processed in accordance with the "KIND WORK Privacy Policy."
- The Company is the data controller for personal data concerning accounts, Seats, subscriptions, payments, and audit logs. The Customer is the data controller for the personal data of Members that the Customer enters into the Service and for chat, file, calendar, meeting, and KAI content, and the Company processes it as the Customer’s processor only within the scope set out in these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
- As processor, the Company does not use the data outside the entrusted purpose or provide it to third parties, applies the security measures set out in the Privacy Policy, subcontracts further only to the processors disclosed in the Policy, and discloses any changes in the Policy. At the Customer’s request, the Company will cooperate in verifying the status of processing.
- The Customer is responsible for providing the notices and obtaining the consents required by applicable personal data protection laws before entering Members’ personal data into the Service or inviting Members.
Article 14 (Notes on Using KAI)
- KAI’s answers may be inaccurate, and the Company does not guarantee their accuracy or completeness. Please verify the original materials yourself before making important decisions.
- KAI does not finalize irreversible actions such as sending a message or confirming a reservation on its own, and executes them only after the user confirms.
- KAI cites as evidence only materials that the asking Member has permission to view.
Article 15 (Obligations and Prohibited Acts of the Customer)
The Customer shall keep Members’ accounts and passwords secure and is responsible for Members’ use of the Service. One Seat is used by one Member, and multiple people may not share an account. The Customer and Members shall not engage in any of the following.
- Uploading or transmitting materials that violate the law or infringe the rights of others
- Interfering with the normal operation of the Service (excessive automated calls, malicious code, exploiting vulnerabilities, reverse engineering, etc.)
- Attempting to access another Customer’s data or accounts
- Signing up with false information, using another person’s payment method, or attempting to obtain the free first month repeatedly
- Reselling the Service or providing it to third parties without the Company’s consent
Article 16 (Provision, Change, and Interruption of the Service)
- The Company strives to provide the Service reliably year-round. System maintenance is announced in advance; urgent security measures and fault recovery may be carried out first and announced afterward.

- The content of the Business Plan’s response-time guarantee and priority support follows the standards posted on the Service screen.
- The Company is not liable for interruption of the Service caused by reasons beyond its control, such as natural disasters, power outages, communication failures, and failures of external services (Google/Kakao sign-in, app marketplaces, etc.).
Article 17 (Restriction of Use)
If the Customer or a Member violates Article 15, or poses a serious risk to the Service or other users, the Company will demand that the violation stop and, if it is not cured, may restrict use of the relevant account or Workspace. Except in urgent cases, the Company will notify by email in advance.
Article 18 (Intellectual Property Rights)

- Where there is no willful misconduct or gross negligence on the Company’s part, the Company’s liability for damages is limited to the total fees the Customer actually paid for the Service during the 12 months preceding the time the damage occurred.
- The Company is not liable for damages caused by the Customer’s fault, external services connected by the Customer, or a Member’s negligent management of an account.
